POOR Customer Service
This photographer's manner was extremely off putting, although attempting to be funny, his tacky and cheap comments such as "come on you posing cow" did not go down very well at the event. After this the photographer refused to provide us with low resolution electronic copies of the photographs we had purchased without paying a further £10 per photo. Overall, extremely disappointed, as were others, with the service as a whole.
