Terrible
Put my car in this garage for a service, i always mark my filters etc, to make sure the garage does what they say, lo and behold when i get the car back and them saying that they've carried out a full service, i check all of the mark s and nothing has been done. phone car clinic and speak to manager who refuses to help or recompense me in any way shape or form. Absolutely terrible.

Cr*p Clinic!
I am so angry! I booked my MOT with Car Clinic in East Tullos Industrial Estate last Thursday and they said they could fit me in the following Wednesday. I explained I finished work at 10am and that was not a problem. So I turned up today between 10 and 11 and the guy behind the counter said I'd missed my appointment between 8 - 9am. He then decided to change it to I'd missed my appointment between 9 - 10am. Two time slots I would never have agreed to as i wouldn't have been able to make them with the kind of job i do, leaving early isn't a possibility. I wouldn't be so upset if it was a service but your MOT is obviously a bit of a proirity but they didn't seem too fussed they'd let me down and it was their mistake. I hate bad customer service. I don't even think I got an apology, he did try and book me in for the following Tuesday but I declined the offer...what if they make the same mistake again and frankly they don't deserve my business.
