Welcome to the Antrim Guest House

We are a family run guest house in central Aberdeen providing inexpensive, comfortable accommodation close to Aberdeen's city centre.

The city centre, shops, theatres, parks, pubs, clubs, and restaurants are within easy walking distance, as is Union Square the newest shopping and leisure destination in Aberdeen - connecting the Rail and Bus terminals.

We have six comfortable rooms and a small car park and we aim to make your visit as pleasant and comfortable as possible.

Book a room

Double room: A comfortable, airy room with a high ceiling, a washbasin, small fridge and a TV with Freeview. Sleeps 1-2 people. This room is not suitable for children.

Family room: Comfortable and airy room with a high ceiling, containing a washbasin, large fridge and a TV with Freeview. Sleeps 3-4 people. Children must be accompanied by 2 adults. Single rooms: Comfortable, well-furnished single rooms containing a washbasin, small fridge and TV with Freeview. Sleeps 1 person. These rooms are not suitable for children.

Twin Room: Comfortable, bright room with a washbasin, small fridge and a TV with Freeview. Sleeps 1-2 people. A child must be accompanied by a responsible adult.

All of our rooms are non-smoking.

There are no en-suites in the guest house and all of our guests share bathrooms.

Currently we do not serve breakfast or any other meals. In our reception area we do provide complimentary fresh fruit and cereal bars.

We provide Tea and Coffee making facilities and fridges in each of our rooms.

Aberdeen has many excellent cafes, pubs and restaurants within easy walking distance of the Antrim Guest House.

Booking Policies

Reservations must be guaranteed by a valid debit or credit card (please do not give credit or debit card details via email). You will not be charged at the time of making your booking. You may pay by cash, credit card or debit card.

Cancellation: Reservations may be cancelled without charge up to 48 hours before 4pm on the first day of your booking.

Late Cancellation will incur a fee equal to the cost of the first night of your stay.

No-Shows: May incur a fee equal to the total cost of your reservation.
