Absolutely appalling. The sleazy, greasy salesmen who work for this organisation are liars, thieves, sharks and parasites, who prey on the vulnerable, and should be jailed for fraud. One solicitor in particular, Robin Leith, is rude, over familiar, and certainly doesn't act in his clients' interests.
