The most filthy rusty bus imaginable - terrible service

I booked a 24 seater "boogie bus" for my hen party. Not only did they call me 30 min before the pick-up start time to complain that the party were late (when they had gotten the time wrong and were early), the so-called Boogie bus was a rusty old N reg school bus, which was filthy. They said there would be a CD player, this was broken. On their website they show a vehicle with disco balls, fancy lights etc. For �£350 for 3.5h I expected more than the filthy decoration-less rust bucket that we got. I called to complain and despite saying they'd call me back, surprise surprise they haven't. They also said they'd specified that it was basic when I booked - no such thing! Even the bus driver agreed for �£350 it was rubbish! I was most unimpressed with this service, and lack of follow up to my complaint
