    Spent 5 hours doing hardly anything at £75 an hour then said I needed a cctv scan. Unfortunately agreed Xtra £225 + VAT and they said/lied that all was OK just needed to remove the vent and replace. After they removed vent whole house stank for a week with noxious fumes. Getting a proper plumber in soon!!

    Took 4 days to complete job, blocked again after a week and a half, then admitted to me they hadn't done the job properly, would not come back to rectify the problem without charging me again, job cost 220 quid, never again, we got a PROPER company out to rectify their abomination- so people avoid this company like the plague.
