    When I ask a garage "can you fit a part?" and get told "yes sir, no problem", I tend to take that as a given. Treated like an idiot within 1 minute of arriving at the service desk. Without going in to too much detail, do your research, and check what you are getting prior to going. I have never been treated like I was at any dealership or garage, and along with the non-returned phone calls from their compadres Belmo** - I'll stick to the local non-franchised guys. Dreadful stuff.
