Refused as a student

I enquired about rigging-lifting-banksman combi courses by e-mail. After 2 days of waiting getting no answer I asked again. This time instead of some info I got just the confirmation that they got my e-mail, nothing else! I asked again for course info and the experience level of the instructors. No answer for over a week. Then I went there to check out the facilities, first the address is incorrect on the website, then I got told that its none of my business to enquire about experience levels of instructors! They told me they don´'t want me as a student! I was speechless. Not recommended, there is plenty of other very competent and polite training providers in Aberdeen! The facilities don' t look professional either, just a very messy portacabin in the backyard of another company.
