We would like to thank you all for transforming our bathrooms / bedrooms with the least disruption to our house hold. At each point of contact we found everyone to be helpful and a pleasure to have had work with us. Thank you.
Very expensive kitchen purchased with solid surface worktops. Total disaster. Terrible customer care, Installation Manager actually tried to con us by saying he had replaced 2 damaged gloss doors when in fact he had just turned them upside down and hoped we wouldn't notice. Never get back to you regarding problems, guys leave a terrible mess. No care or respect for your home. Workmanship is of a terribly low standard. Showroom Manageress very incompetent, arrogant and does not even have the decency to reply to emails. 12 months on and the only way to sort these cowboys out would be too seek legal assistance!! Are no longer at Bridge of Don, showroom is now situated on Greenwell Road, East Tullos. I have to leave at least 1 star as no choice but obviously they deserve minus stars!! | Report this
Had one of there electricians over to install lights in my living room, kitchen and hall way ,they did a wounder full job no mess left, great job.
Lochside did a grand job installing my new bathroom, bought my own stuff and had them fit it , no problems quick service cleaned up after themselfs. ++ service
had a few quotes from different firms.went with lochside for they could do both jobs needed.everything went very well,the workers cleaned up after themselves and even did jobs i did not expect them to.i am very pleased with the finished product and would recomend them to anyone i have to all my family
Lochside Installations did a wounderfull job fitting my kitchen form the planning to the installation. From design to finish fitted kitchen it only took 10 day fast service great quility units. Highly recommend, will get them back to do my bathroom.
Lochside Installations were the roughest workers i have ever had in my home. The work was so poor and such a mess was left behind that we had to get the work checked elsewhere by proffesionals. As far as the gaswork is concerned Corgi had not even been told the work had been done so couldnt issue a final certificate. Corgi rejected the gaswork as being not up to standard. Still waiting for other work to be sorted out. Much work was in the quotation and we paid for it but it simply was not done. The actual shower unit they installed was done 3 times by them and leaked every time. Eventually they got a decent company to do it properly and it seems to be ok now. Trying to get in touch with the company after paying the money is next to impossible so be warned!
