Not at all impressed...

Went to the Select Mobile Ltd. on george street so assuming they are the same company. After quite an unfriendly welcome I returned 3 days later for my phone, as asked to do. The engineer hadn't even looked at it, so was told to come back anytime after 12. Returned again at 5.15pm, my phone still wasn't ready to collect. Was asked to wait 15 minutes for it to be delivered...half an hour later I got my phone back in an even worse condition than it was previously. Now it wont even switch on. Never been so unimpressed with service before. My advice...avoid at all costs. Unlockit on Rosemount Place is my first choice. Sorry for the rant but hope it helps at least someone :o)
