Will go elsewhere in future!

I've enjoyed takeaways from the Peony House for since moving to Bridge of Don several years ago. However we haven't enjoyed the food the last few times we've been. For instance last night I ordered roast duck marinated in honey barbaque sauce. Sounds lovely but the container was 3/4 full of bean sprouts with a few pieces of fatty duck on top. It was all soaked in what I can only describe as a watery (and unpleasant) barbeque sauce. My partners soup was also tasteless and the ribs came in a disappointing small portion. Peony House used to be a hot favourite of ours but we'll be trying other takeways in future!

This is the best chinese takeaway ever, I have to drive from Kintore to Bridge of Don 3 times a week to satisfy my rather large husbands appeetite for the garlic chicken!

This is one of the best chinese takeaways i have ever eaten out of.The food is outstanding and the portions are plentyful.The staff are always pleasant and you can watch your meal being cooked by there chefs.5 star rating from me.
