• Same Old Story

  I too was also willing to pay cash for my new kitchen but the salesman spent 2 1/2 hours trying to convince me to take out finance. I was well impressed with the range & quality on offer but the 'salesmans' attitude was shocking when he realised I would not be signing anything that night as I was only interested in a rough price which I believe he plucked from mid air anyway. I could have still been a potential customer if they had given me some time to shop about as I was really impressed with the quality & choice but when he packed his stuff up in a huff & towered over my husband when asked to leave us to think about it for a few day there is no way I would ever encourage this company by purchasing anything from them absolutely a disgusting way to behave. Anyone reading this please ensure you have a friend or partner with you when they visit as our 'Salesman' was very aggressive when he was not getting his own way.

• Salesman's attitude

  I am looking for a new kitchen (In the Edinburgh Area) and would have purchased from this company had the salesman not spent three hours trying to sell me finance rather than a Kitchen. He became very insulting and tried to suggest I couldn't afford it anyway! He did not know I own a £180,000:00 home with no mortgage and two other properties that I rent out. Hard lines DM Design you lost a potential good sale thanks to the salesman's attitude.
